  • Court Services

The mission of Warrick County Court Services Program is to rethink, restructure, and revitalize the criminal justice system in order to enhance and promote individual and public health and safety. At the same time, it is the goal of the Program to reduce the negative economic consequences of drug and alcohol abuse and the criminal behavior that ensues as a result of those substances.

The Program will accomplish this through regular judicial intervention and by facilitating immediate, individualized, and highly structured treatment services to qualified substance abusing offenders in hopes of transforming and rebuilding their lives.

By returning sober, productive, and law-abiding citizens to the community and to their families, the Program will ultimately help close the revolving door to the criminal justice system and decrease the chance for relapse and recidivism.
