Warrick County is part of Judicial District 26 in the State of Indiana. The Warrick County courts are made up of three courts: Warrick Circuit Court, Warrick Superior Court No. 1 and Warrick Superior Court No. 2. Each court is a court of general jurisdiction and presides over every type of case with the following exceptions: all juvenile delinquency cases are heard by Warrick Circuit Court; all small claims cases are divided between Warrick Superior Court No. 1 and Warrick Superior Court No. 2; and the Warrick County Drunk Driving/Drug Court is presided over by the Warrick Superior Court No. 1. The Warrick County Judges jointly appoint a magistrate to serve the three courts. The three courts combined have over 25 employees and four courtrooms.
